Skype is the most popular program for chat (also audio and video chat). It is free, and it is very usefull for free talking to your friends all around the world (if there is internet). This version of skype is skype 3.8. Many people did not liked the new interfafe of skype 4, so they still prefer ti use skype 3.8. I am actually still using skype 3.8, too.
